This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made directly from pisarenk.com by customers located in the United States.

Return eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  • Products that show signs of use, damage, or missing accessories may be rejected for return.
  • Custom, clearance, or final-sale items (if any) are non-returnable unless defective upon arrival.

How to request a return

  1. Contact our support team at support@pisarenk.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Once your request is reviewed, we will provide the appropriate return mailing address and instructions by email. Please do not ship returns to our business address listed on this website.
  3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and ship using a trackable shipping method.
  4. After we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you by email regarding the approval status of your refund.

Return shipping costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item was defective or an incorrect item was sent due to our error. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned package.

No restocking fee will be charged for any approved return.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment (PayPal) within 2 business days.

Depending on your bank or PayPal’s processing time, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for funds to appear in your account.

If your refund has not arrived after this timeframe, please contact support@pisarenk.com for assistance.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to replace an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will evaluate the issue and provide replacement or refund options at no additional cost.

Late or missing refunds

  • Check your PayPal or bank account again after a few days.
  • Contact your credit card company or PayPal — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@pisarenk.com.
