How to Request a Return

- Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days.
- Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RMA) code and the specific return address.
- Do not send items to the company’s registered address. Unauthorized returns may be rejected.
- Please use a trackable and secure shipping method to return your item.
Return Shipping & Responsibility
- Unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to our error or product defect, we will cover the shipping cost.
No Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges.
- If you wish to receive a different item, return the original product (if eligible for a refund) and place a new order separately.
Refund Processing
- After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (PayPal).
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
- No restocking fees are charged for approved returns.
Order Cancellation
Before Shipment
- Orders may be canceled free of charge if the request is submitted before the item ships.
- Once confirmed, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
After Shipment
- Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
- In this case, you may request a return after delivery under our return policy.
- Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item.
