  • Products showing signs of use, wear, damage, or missing parts may not qualify for a refund.
  • Custom, clearance, or final-sale items are non-returnable unless defective.

How to Request a Return

  • Contact us at support@pisarenk.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
  • Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days.
  • Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RMA) code and the specific return address.
  • Do not send items to the company’s registered address. Unauthorized returns may be rejected.
  • Please use a trackable and secure shipping method to return your item.

Return Shipping & Responsibility

  • Unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to our error or product defect, we will cover the shipping cost.

No Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges.
  • If you wish to receive a different item, return the original product (if eligible for a refund) and place a new order separately.

 Refund Processing

  • After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (PayPal).
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
  • No restocking fees are charged for approved returns.

Order Cancellation

Before Shipment

  • Orders may be canceled free of charge if the request is submitted before the item ships.
  • Once confirmed, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

After Shipment

  • Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
  • In this case, you may request a return after delivery under our return policy.
  • Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item.
