  • Region: We ship to most locations within the United States.
  • Excluded Areas: At this time, we do not ship to the following U.S. states: Alaska (AK) and Hawaii (HI).
  • Note: Orders placed with shipping addresses in these states will not be processed. International shipping is also not available at this time.

  • Shipping Type: Standard Shipping.
  • Shipping Fee: Free Standard Shipping on all eligible U.S. orders (excluding AK and HI). No additional shipping charges are applied at checkout.
  • Carriers: We utilize reliable carriers. Carrier selection is determined based on order details and delivery location.

3. Processing & Delivery Time

The total time for your order to arrive is determined by the Order Processing Time + Delivery Time.

  • Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3–4 business days.
  • Total Estimated Delivery Window: 4–6 business days.

Note: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (Eastern Time) are generally processed on the next business day.

  • Inclusive Pricing: All product prices on our website include taxes.

  • Incorrect Addresses: Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Pisarenk is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
