Shipping Policy

Pisarenk ships to most locations within the United States. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska (AK) or Hawaii (HI), and international shipping is not currently available.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 3–4 business days, with a total estimated delivery time of 4–7 business days including processing.

Standard shipping is free for all eligible U.S. orders. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email so you can monitor the delivery progress.

Refund & Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return according to our return policy. Returned products must be unused, in original condition, and include the original packaging and accessories.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team as soon as possible and provide photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.

Pisarenk currently only accepts PayPal payments.
